Instructions

  1. Place the bread slices on an oven tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with a tablespoon of white wine each.
  2. Prepare and wash the vegetables, use only the white and light green parts of the leek. Cut the leek into fine rings. Grate the zucchini and carrots with the hash browns.
  3. Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil, blanch the vegetables in it for 2 minutes, drain into a sieve and rinse in cold water. Drain well.
  4. Put the vegetables in a bowl, grate the cheese with the hash browns and add to it. Add the chopped parsley, season to taste with salt, pepper from the mill and nutmeg, mix very well.
  5. Spread the mixture on the bread slices like a mountain and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.
