  1. Cut the turkey meat into bite-sized pieces. Put the vegetables together with the soup spices in 3 liters of boiling salted water. Cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Add the meat, pasta, turmeric, pepper and the olive oil and cook for another 15 minutes.
