Instructions

  1. Sauté onion cubes, leek rings, carrot and potato cubes in hot fat. Add the stock and season with salt and pepper. Let the vegetables cook for 15 minutes. Puree half of the soup. Add to the vegetables, pour in the cream and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Warm the sausages in the soup. Sprinkle the soup with chives.
