Instructions

  1. Fry the meat well in butter. Take out meat. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Pour in the broth, cook everything in a closed saucepan for about 12 to 15 minutes. Add the washed sprouts and meat to the vegetables in the last 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry powder.
