Chop the onion and soup greens and fry in oil. Add the white beans and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the canned tomatoes and the bay leaf and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the pasta separately according to the package instructions or cook it directly in the soup. Then season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and lemon juice.
The soup can also be cooked with sausages or meatballs.
