Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, cut the zucchini and carrot into nice strips with a spiral cutter or a vegetable peeler (then look like spaghetti). Clean the mushrooms and peel the onions, cut both into small pieces.
  3. Put 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan and heat. First add the onions and sauté. Then add the remaining vegetables and mix with the ajvar. Immediately add the pasta straight from the water to the pan and mix. Season to taste and serve hot.
