Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots into slices and the potatoes and kohlrabi into medium-sized cubes. Cut the cauliflower into small florets (of course not necessary with TK). Put all the vegetables including the beans in a large saucepan.
  2. Add about 400 ml of water and bring everything to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and the vegetable stock and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Stir again and again.
  3. Now cut the Debrecziner into slices and stir it into the vegetables. Let everything simmer again for 5 - 10 minutes over low heat. Please be careful with the salt the first time you season it, as the Debrecziner are also quite spicy. Better to season again later.
