Cut the meat loaf into strips. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the Leberkäse vigorously. Season with pepper. Remove.
Add 200 ml of water and the vegetables to the pan without defrosting. Bring to the boil once and cook covered over medium heat for about 8 minutes. Add the Leberkäse to the vegetables and heat briefly. Mix the crème fraîche and herbs. Season the vegetable pan with salt and pepper.
