Wash the spring onions and dice them finely (only the whites), fry them briefly in a little oil, add the frozen vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes (time always counted from the boil), stirring occasionally, of course, adding the Frutta di Mare, another 5 minutes Steam, stir occasionally, add tomato paste and ajvar, salt and pepper to taste, bring to the boil again, done.
You can of course also have fresh seafood, then you buy mussels, prawns and squid from the fish shop, for the vegetables: zucchini, yellow and red peppers, green beans, carrots, broccoli and black olives
Note: Beans should ALWAYS cook for at least 10 minutes so that the phasin ingredient is harmless.
If I don`t have any spring onions, I take 2 tablespoons of drained, pickled silver onions (whole), which also taste very good.
If you don`t have a side dish, it`s a low-carb dish, but pasta goes well with it.
