Instructions

  1. Halve the zucchini lengthways and then cut into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices. Do not dice the paprika and onion too small, chop the garlic, chilli pepper and the thyme into small pieces. Put in a bowl, mix with olive oil and vinegar and season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil as long as they are wide. It works best if you now press the aluminum foil into a small bowl and divide the vegetables into the 4 packets. Then spread the feta over the top and close the aluminum foil packets tightly.
  3. Be careful not to tear the film, otherwise take it twice.
  4. Put the packets somewhere on the side on the grill grate and then you can comfortably grill the meat. After about 10 minutes everything went through perfectly.
  5. Smells really great when you open the package on the plate.
  6. Depending on what else there is with the meat (salad, potatoes ) I would make about 2 packets per person. But that`s enough.
