Instructions

  1. Total time: 30 minutes
  2. First clean the zucchini and carrots and then grate them into fine strips. Then peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Lightly roast the sunflower seeds in a pan and place in a bowl.
  3. Put the onions in the pan and fry them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the shredded vegetables and fry everything for 5 minutes. Add everything to the kernels in the bowl and season with the herbs, salt and pepper. Mix in the eggs and breadcrumbs, form thalers and fry everything in the last 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. The thalers can also be used to make great vegetable burgers for buffets or children`s birthdays.
