Instructions

  1. Peel and finely grate potatoes, carrots, celery and onions, or dice and mix. Mix in the flour, eggs, herbs (depending on your taste), creme fraiche and spices.
  2. Season to taste and fry in a little oil, tablespoon at a time, on both sides until golden brown
