Instructions

  1. Clean and dice the carrots and leek, fry in clarified butter for about 3 minutes, then add the corn.
  2. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with salt until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the quark, flour and baking powder, carefully fold in the vegetables and egg whites, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the clarified butter and fry small cakes over a tablespoon at medium heat.
  4. Serve with herb quark or tzatziki.
