Instructions

  1. The above-mentioned quantities of ingredients are sufficient if the vegetable tagliatelle are taken as a side dish!
  2. Use a peeler to cut the zucchini into lengthways strips, cut the leek lengthways and cook both in hot vegetable bouillon until al dente (just try it as with real pasta, the vegetables should not be cooked to death) Pour off the water, pepper and you have a great alternative to pasta.
  3. Pasta sauces or pesto go very well as a main course.
