Instructions

  1. Cut all the vegetables into cubes and fry them very spicy in oil with the garlic. Mix in the finely diced feta cheese and continue frying over low heat until the cheese has melted. Season to taste with pepper and oregano. Do not use salt, the cheese is salty enough.
  2. Cut the bread lengthways and hollow it out. Fill with the mixture, put the lid back on and put the bread in the cold. Then cut into slices and serve as a starter with salad or as a side dish with meat.
