Instructions

  1. Toast the bread, wash the lettuce and cut the tomatoes into approx. 3 mm thin slices. Fry the eggs into fried eggs.
  2. Now brush all the toast slices with ketchup and cover with a lettuce leaf. Cover two of the toast with the fried eggs and tomatoes. Drizzle the tomatoes with mustard and mayonnaise. Season the bread with salt and pepper and cover with the remaining halves of the bread.
  3. Divide each sandwich diagonally and serve.
