Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower, cut into small florets and bite in salted water. Then do not grind too finely with the magic wand. You can also do this with a fork. Now mix with the egg, cheese and spices in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, wait a little and allow to swell. Now shape the mixture into meatballs and fry on both sides in olive oil.
