Instructions

  1. First fry the onions in a little hot oil, then add the carrots, the mushroom slices and the leek rings. Pour the broth over everything and let it boil. As soon as everything is cooked, add the processed cheese and cream and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve hot.
