Cut the tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers and the sheep`s cheese into very small cubes. Put everything in a bowl.
Chop the rosemary and thyme and cut the spring onion into small rolls. Season the oil and vinegar with salt and pepper. Stir in onions, thyme and rosemary. Add all of this to the bowl and stir.
Cut rectangles out of aluminum foil. Everything is evenly distributed on this, not too full, otherwise everything will run out. It is better to fill more rectangles or cut the film larger. The corners that are closer together are now twisted together and shaped upwards so that the rectangle takes on the shape of a ship. The boats are then put on the grill until the vegetables are cooked.
