Instructions

  1. The kale retains a lot of its actual taste and remains firm to the bite. Throw the kale in boiling salted water, simmer for 5 minutes, then chill in cold water.
  2. Sauté chopped onions and garlic in oil in a saucepan. Then add the following ingredients and always simmer a little. First nutmeg, allspice, cumin, then broth with a little water. Then add the sour cream and turmeric. Finally add pepper, marjoram, salt and possibly sour cream and fenugreek seed powder.
  3. You should dose the spices according to your own taste.
  4. Potatoes go well with it. Or of course for the non-vegetarian kitchen everything that goes well with kale such as sausages, chops or smoked pork.
