Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms, quarter or eighth depending on the size and fry them brown in a pan with a little oil. Peel and dice the onions. Peel and chop the garlic. Put on water for the Kritharaki.
  2. When the mushrooms have turned a nice color, place them in a baking dish. Add some oil to the pan and fry the onions until soft. Add the garlic 2 minutes before the end, salt and pepper. You can also sauté the mushrooms with onions and garlic.
  3. Put the onions in the baking dish. Put the pasta in the salted water and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees circulating air.
  4. Dice tomatoes and place in the baking dish with the olives. Crumble the feta. Drain the kritharaki, pour into the mold and mix with a dash of oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, herbs and the gyros spice. Sprinkle the feta on top and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Baguette and tzatziki go well with it.
