Peel the onion and chop it very finely. Melt the coconut oil in a pan. Heat the oil in another pan. Sauté the onion in it. Add the onions and the frying oil to the melted coconut oil and stir. Season to taste with oregano, thyme and salt. Pour into a sealable glass and let it cool, turning again and again so that the onions and spices are evenly distributed.
