Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Dice the pumpkin, chop the zucchini and bell pepper.
Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté in the oil until translucent, add the remaining vegetables, sauté for about 5 minutes with a little water if necessary, season the vegetables to taste, stir in 2 tablespoons of cream cheese and add cheese cubes.
Fold the mixture into the cooked pasta. Put everything in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
