Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees top / bottom heat.
  2. You cut the rolls in the middle and hollow them out slightly. The mass is placed in a bowl. Then cut the peppers into cubes and add them to the breadcrumbs in the bowl along with the drained corn.
  3. Now take half of the gouda, cut it into small cubes and add it to the remaining ingredients. You can now add ketchup (we use spicy ketchup) or tomato sauce to taste. The whole thing is mixed briefly and then distributed evenly over the rolls. Scatter the rest of the Gouda cheese, which you also cut into cubes, on the rolls.
  4. Now the rolls come on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and are baked for about 10 minutes - attention! The cheese must melt, but it shouldn`t turn brown!
  5. You can change this recipe very much.
  6. Actually every vegetable is suitable and you can season it differently as you like. If there is anything left over from the filling, you can simply eat it as a side dish.
