Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the vegetables. Then put a good dash of olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the onions until they are translucent. First add the peppers, then gradually add the zucchini, mushrooms and finally the tomatoes.
  2. Fry the whole thing a little and finally season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and the herbs. Add the cream at the end.
  3. Waxy potatoes are best served as a side dish.
