Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers Instructions

  1. To begin with, three carrots on a coarse grater, and chop the onion finely, put the vegetables in heated oil and fry them over medium heat.
  2. Then we peel the potatoes and also grate them three, put them in the pan with the rest of the ingredients and fry everything until half cooked.
  3. Open the beans and drain the liquid from them, put the beans in the pan. Add salt and pepper, mix everything, fry for a couple of minutes and turn off the heat.

  4. Now we cut off the top of the peppers and remove the seeds from them, then stuff them with fried vegetables. At the bottom of the pan in which we will cook, put a bay leaf and fill it with stuffed peppers. Peel the tomatoes and grind them together with the garlic to a sauce state, salt and pepper it and pour the peppers with the sauce. Sprinkle them with spices, cover the pan with a lid and put on low heat, cook the peppers until soft, about 40 minutes.
  5. After the time has passed, your dinner is ready.
