Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  2. Chop and wash the chard, do not drain too well. Pre-cook in a microwave bowl with a lid for about 5 minutes on the highest setting (if the bowl is too small, simply divide it up and cook twice).
  3. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, flour, milk, salt, and baking powder together thoroughly. Add the garlic, chopped peppers, pesto and onions and mix together. Finally stir in the cheese and drained Swiss chard.
  4. Put the butter in a casserole dish about 20 cm x 30 cm in the oven for a short 2 minutes until the butter has melted. Swirl the pan until the base is greased with butter. Now pour the chard mixture into the mold.
  5. Put in the hot oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes.
  6. Let cool down for about 5 minutes after baking.
  7. As a starter you can now cut the casserole into pieces and serve. Salad goes well with it as a main course.
