Instructions
Peel and squeeze the garlic cloves, dice the onion and sauté both with the soup vegetables in the olive oil. Add the skinned tomatoes, chopped, season with thyme, marjoram, salt and pepper and simmer for approx. 20 minutes.
Goes well with pasta or tortellini.
