Instructions

  1. Peel and chop carrots, turnips and potatoes, then sauté in the oil. Dust with the flour and curry, season with salt. Add peppercorns and bay leaves. Briefly fry everything and then pour in 1 liter of water, stir in the stock and bring to the boil. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. After 10 minutes add the leek, cut into rings.
  2. Cut the onions into rings and fry them in oil until golden brown.
  3. After the stew has been seasoned again, serve on plates and sprinkle with parsley, onion rings and curry, add a spoonful of cream.
