Instructions

  1. Wash and quarter the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into pieces. Wash and dice the cucumber. Cut out the stalks of the peppers with a knife, carefully remove the seeds and septum. Wash the pods and, like the peeled onions, cut them into even pieces. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into strips. Cut the feta into pieces.
  2. Put tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, onions, iceberg lettuce and feta in a bowl and mix together. Then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Then heat the wraps in the pan for approx. 1 - 2 minutes. Finally, top the wraps with the feta mixture.
  4. For the tzatziki, finely chop the garlic. Peel the cucumber and remove the stones with a spoon. Then mix everything in a bowl with the yogurt, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Add a few dill tips to refine.
