Instructions

  1. Heat rapeseed oil in a pan and sauté the beans in it.
  2. In the meantime, cut the onion and garlic into large pieces. Halve or quarter the tomatoes.
  3. Add the onion to the beans and sauté. When you can smell the steamed onion, the garlic can be added. Continue to steam everything for about five minutes. Now, depending on your taste, you can add two to three tablespoons of turmeric and stir well. Let it continue to steam, add a little sea salt and then add the tomato pieces. Heat a little more with the tomato pieces and finally sprinkle the seed mixture or any other type of seeds or just sunflower seeds on top.
  4. My family and I ate homemade pasta with it. Rice or just a delicious bread would certainly do as well.
