Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt together. Mix the maple syrup, egg and milk together and gradually add to the flour mixture; Finally add the butter. In a very hot, coated, but not greased, pan, quickly fry small ladles of batter into thin pancakes.
  2. Keep the finished pancakes warm and then apply immediately. They are served with butter and warmed maple syrup.
