Instructions

  1. Wash the comb and pat dry. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil and distribute the salt evenly on it.
  2. Salt the comb, pepper it properly and then place it on the salt bed. Put the garlic through a garlic press, possibly mash it with a knife to a pulp. Then put the garlic, mustard and honey in a bowl, stir and brush the meat evenly with it.
  3. Put the roast in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 2 hours. Brush in every now and then. Watch out, the whole thing will get dark quickly! Cover with aluminum foil!
  4. Finally, there should be a nice caramelized crust on the meat. The meat is not turned over in between and should rest for 10 minutes after taking it out so that the meat juice can spread out nicely.
  5. The cooking time can of course vary. Don`t sizzle for too long. It is enough if everything is just through. Otherwise the meat will dry out. Herbal or garlic baguette, potato or pasta salad tastes good with it. Ideal for a party.
