Instructions

  1. Bring the milk, sugar and the pulp of the vanilla pod to the boil.
  2. In the meantime, briefly break the eggs with the hand mixer. Add the cornstarch and cream and beat again briefly.
  3. Stir the cream and egg mixture into the boiling milk with a whisk and bring to the boil briefly.
  4. Can be used warm or cold.
