Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C - 170 ° C.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in them. Put the pot aside.
  3. Beat the eggs with the two types of sugar with the hand mixer on the highest setting for approx. 4 minutes. Sift the flour and salt over it and briefly stir in at the lowest setting (until the white of the flour is no longer visible). Stir in the now cooled butter-chocolate mixture on the lowest setting. Immediately pour the dough into a flat, square baking pan (approx. 20 cm x 30 cm) and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. After cooling, cut into small cubes.
  5. Tip: You can also make the brownies in a dripping pan, but you have to double the amount of ingredients. The baking time remains the same at around 30-35 minutes.
