Wash, peel and slice the fruit. Fillet the citrus fruits. Arrange the fruit decoratively on a large plate, leaving the center free. Now put the yoghurt (possibly sweeten it beforehand) in the middle. Divide the passion fruit in the middle and distribute the pulp on the yoghurt. Mix the soy flakes, oat flakes and sunflower seeds and pour onto the yogurt.
