Knead the flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and baking powder into a dough. Grate a lemon zest and add to the batter with the lemon juice. Knead everything again.
Now fill a little bit of batter into 10 muffin cases. Then put a Giotto lemon on the dough. Then pour the batter back onto the Giottos so that the muffin tin is 3/4 full.
Bake at 150 degrees top / bottom heat for 20-25 minutes, test the sticks.
Mix the powdered sugar and the juice of one squeezed lemon. Pour the topping on the muffins that are still warm.
