- Cut the vegetables into small pieces, cut spring onions into rings, and put the rest of the vegetables into pens.
- Cooking pasta.
- Mix together the lime zest and juice, oil, oyster sauce and salt and pepper.
- Now put the pasta on the plate first, then some of the vegetable mixture on top. Finally sprinkle some sauce and a few peanuts on top.
- Light summer salad that everyone can have as they please.
