• 150 ml olive oil

• 1 pinch (s) salt, possibly more generously
• 2 pinches white pepper, possibly more
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon honey
• Herbs
• Garlic
• Oil, flavored

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. The vinaigrette will keep in the refrigerator for over a week in a closed vessel.
3. When using fresh herbs, care should be taken to use as little water as possible. If freeze-dried ones are used, the shelf life is also higher.
