Instructions

  1. Mix the meat stock powder with the hot water until smooth. Finely chop or press the garlic and add. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Thanks to the sweet mustard, no salt, sugar or pepper needs to be added.
  2. The dressing can also be prepared in a shaker and will keep in the refrigerator for about one to two weeks.
  3. Goes well with lamb`s lettuce, rocket, radicchio, lettuce. Also delicious with roasted pine nuts on top. Or pour over lukewarm (green) asparagus or green beans.
