For the classic variant, squeeze the juice of half a lime into a tall glass. Add 1 ½ spoon of cane sugar and a few mint leaves. Crush everything a little.
Fill the glass with the crushed ice, cut a lime into small pieces and add some of it and one or two mint leaves. Top up with water and serve.
