Instructions
Peel the cucumber and cut into slices. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Hard boil the eggs and cut into fine wedges or slices. Salt, pepper, pour oil over everything and cover with chopped parsley. Then mix well.
A freshly baked baguette tastes good with it.
