Melt 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream into sauce. Place a glass with the upper edge in water and then in sugar, so that a sugar rim is formed. Then pour 150 ml of multivitamin juice into the glass, then pour the sparkling wine on top. Pour the vanilla sauce over the champagne. Do not stir! Carefully add the second scoop of vanilla ice cream to the cocktail. Now put a slice of orange on the edge of the glass.
