Instructions

  1. Place the vanilla pod in sugar a week before preparing.
  2. To prepare the multi-fruit juice, heat it up a little and slowly dissolve 150 g of the flavored sugar in it, then let it cool. Then slowly stir in the cream, schnapps and rum one after the other. Possibly sweeten.
  3. You can vary with a higher proportion of fruit juice and a lower proportion of alcohol. The total amount of approx. 1.2 liters should not be changed.
  4. The liqueur can be served after a short cooling period. It can be kept refrigerated for at least 8 weeks and is very refreshing.
