Instructions

  1. Grate the peeled, raw potatoes, drain or squeeze out the escaping water. Add the buttermilk, finely grated onions, flour, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and mix everything together. Shape the mixture into small buffers and bake until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Serve with applesauce, pear compote or blueberries.
