Ingredients

• 250 ml whipped cream
• 500 mg cream quark, 40% fat
• 2 packs waffles, square
• 2 packs vanilla sugar
• 130 g suar, white
• 1 pack cream stabilizer
• 1 pack berries, frozen, e.g., raspberries, strawberries or a mix berries
• possibly sugar sprinkles, as desired

Instructions

1. Mix the cream quark with the vanilla sugar and sugar. Whip the whipped cream with whipped cream and then fold into the curd mixture.
2. Lay out any baking dish or glass bowl with the finished waffles, then cover the waffles with curd cream mixture, fill another layer of waffles and on top of it curd cream mixture, etc., until everything is used up. Finish with curd cream. Spread the frozen fruit on top.
3. If you like, you can also distribute some fruit in between. If you still like, you can sprinkle the whole thing with sugar sprinkles.
