Mix the margarine with the sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks until frothy. Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the butter, sugar and egg mixture with the lukewarm milk (must not be hot). Finally fold in the stiffly beaten egg white with the whisk.
Heat the waffle iron and, depending on the size of the waffle iron, distribute 2 - 3 tablespoons of the batter in the middle of the iron. Bake for about 2 - 3 minutes, until the waffle is nice and brown.
