Instructions

  1. Whip the cream together with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in the sour cream.
  2. Line a 35 x 25 cm rectangular baking dish with a layer of waffles. Spread about half of the cream and sour cream mixture on top. Put another layer of waffles on top and then again the rest of the cream and sour cream mixture. Now distribute the red fruit jelly on top and serve.
  3. Of course, you can also bake the waffles yourself and / or prepare the red fruit jelly yourself. This variant is of course faster and tastes just as delicious.
