How to cook waffles with minced meat (lazy peremech):
Put the onion along with the minced meat through a meat grinder or chop it in a blender and then combine with the minced meat.
Add salt (1.5 teaspoon.), pepper, and any spices you like. Mix everything.
Beat the eggs with salt (0.25 teaspoon). You can add a few tablespoons of flour to the eggs if desired.
Put some filling on the small waffles and spread it out in a thin layer. (If you add a lot of the filling, it won’t be fried thoroughly.)
Cover the filling with the waffles,
If you can’t find small waffles in the store, you can use large waffles. Spread a thin layer of filling over the waffle in the same way.
Cover the filling with the second waffle and leave it for 10-15 minutes, because you need to cut it into portions, and it should soak a little.
Cut the waffle into 3 pieces and then slice lengthwise into triangles, rectangles, or squares.
Heat a frying pan and pour in the vegetable oil. Dip the waffles with minced meat into the beaten eggs.
Put the waffles into a frying pan and fry them slowly for 3-4 minutes on each side. Place the cooked waffles on a plate covered with paper towels to let the excess fat run off.
Prepare the sauce. Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise and chopped herbs. Squeeze the garlic into it and mix.The waffles with minced meat are better when cold. Serve them with garlic sauce.
