Crumble flour with margarine, knead with potatoes, egg and salt to form a dough. For the filling, bring the poppy seeds to the boil with milk and add the remaining ingredients.
Roll out the dough a few millimeters thick, brush with the poppy seed filling, beat into a strudel and press onto small tents (approx. 8 x 5 cm) with a wooden spoon handle.
Baking temperature: approx. 180 ° C
Baking time: 20 - 25 minutes (golden yellow)
